​​The concept for the Green Plan

​In the wake of the internet and social change, retail is dying these days, especially in smaller towns. 

The project has a sustainable and highly viable answer to this:

•  All previously existing businesses (hairdressers, butchers, cafés, shoemakers, pharmacies, pubs, kiosks, etc.) will reopen.
• The operators will be permanent project employees, and rents/lease fees, etc., will also be financed by the project.
• Advertising, marketing, and purchasing will be centrally managed by the project.
• Medical care (general medicine) is included in the health concept.

​​The concept for health

​Health exists on two levels:

1. Causal on the mental and subtle levels
2. Effective in the human body through symptoms

In everything we do, both aspects are always integrated and practically practiced in our therapies and treatments.

Our offering is based on holistic medicine, as defined by the WHO:

• Therapies for the aftercare of heart attacks and strokes
• Optimization of type 2 diabetes
• Treatments for burnout and depression
• General treatments, therapeutic fasting, yoga, and much more
• General medical care (on-staff MD and nurse)
• On-staff physiotherapists and podiatrists
• Fully equipped fitness center with professional bodybuilding and course offerings.

​The concept for hotels and restaurants

​The hotel consists of 80 detached houses. Each house is individually furnished according to its category and can be booked as a tourist, client, participant, or long-term resident (limited to 10).

​​The restaurant is offered in different categories:

• Indoor restaurant with traditional and fine dining.
• Show kitchen with glass walls for shows and events.
• Outdoor restaurant with terrace and catering for outdoor events.

​​The congress hall provides culinary services for banquets, congresses and symposia.

​​The hospice concept

​Each home will be individually furnished according to its category and can also be adapted to meet hospice needs.

As an integral part of a holistic healthcare concept,
five hospice beds are planned.

Medical care will be provided through a general practice. 24-hour care will be organized as needed. The cooperative will be a member of the Hospice and Palliative Care Association and will be professionally operated on this basis.

​Death is a part of life and must be de-stigmatized. Upon request and with the permission of the affected clients, general guests of the Hausen can participate in the dying process.

​​The forest kindergarten concept

​The grounds, with their countless opportunities for animal husbandry, horticulture, and pristine forest, offer a perfect opportunity to offer a forest kindergarten (daycare center).
Child-friendly spaces for indoor activities can be created.

​We must not keep children in monocultures. 
Life takes place in its entirety.

​​The concept of events

​​The Congress Hall is located above the therapeutic area as a glass pyramid on the
first floor. The following events take place here:

• Speaker events with renowned speakers such as Sheldrake, Lipton, and many more.
• Medical conferences and symposia.
• Seminars and workshops for executives.
• Private celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, funerals).
• Internal company events (private parties).
• Banquets.

​​The swimming pool concept...

​A public swimming pool will be built on the site, which will be provided according to the latest standards of water quality (no chlorine) and energy efficiency.

• Toddler pool
• Non-swimmer area
• Sports and competitive swimming area
• Panoramic sauna area

​The swimming pool will be available for both elite athletes and ordinary people, in combination with various therapies. The DLRG (German Lifesaving Association) is invited to offer training courses.

​​​The swimming pool concept

​Structured water is generated and used on-site in the swimming pool and throughout the grounds.
Our water piping systems are constructed in a serpentine pattern, without right angles.
This provides us with:

• 20% increase in agricultural yield, without fertilizer!
• People who drink and bathe in structured water return to their cellular nature and demonstrably support their health.
• The photon radiation of trees and plants increases by 40,000 times. This light is detected using Kirlian photography.
• We take photographs before construction begins and 6 weeks after operation begins.

​​The concept of financing

• The cooperative will be registered in February 2024. Relevant professional lawyers and tax advisors will set up the cooperative.
• Subsequently, one million cooperative shares with a nominal value of €100 will be publicly issued.
• Anyone, companies, and municipalities can become shareholders. Except for dictatorships and pro-life organizations.
• There will be savings plans for small savers.
• The supervisory board will be elected from among the cooperative members.
• The executive board will be publicly elected from among the members of the supervisory board.
• The Cooperative Society Act (GenG) of 2021 applies.
• The individual divisions finance themselves as ongoing operations from the income from their offerings.

Universities from all over the world will be invited to conduct research here.
