A hotel - complex
based on sacred

The hotel consists of 80 detached houses. Each house is individually furnished according to its category and can be booked by tourists, clients, participants, or long-term residents (limited to 10).
The restaurant is offered in various categories:
Indoor restaurant with traditional and fine dining Show kitchen
with a glass-fronted kitchen for shows and events.
Outdoor restaurant with a terrace and catering for outdoor events
The congress hall offers culinary services for banquets, conferences, and symposia.
In the wake of the internet and social change, retail is dying these days, especially in smaller towns.
The project has a sustainable and very viable answer to this:
All previously existing shops (hairdresser, butcher, café, shoemaker, pharmacy, pub, kiosk, etc.) will reopen.
The operators become permanent employees of the project, and rents/lease fees, etc. are also financed by the project.
Advertising, marketing and purchasing are centrally controlled by the project.
Medical care (general medicine) is included in the concept of health.
As the center of our vision, the Marcus Aurelius Park, which will be built in Grünenplan near Hanover, is the foundation for the comprehensive transformative change we are striving for. In the future, there will be a health center like this in every capital city in Germany, so that healing can occur everywhere. We would be delighted if you would join our community and, through your participation, help to launch and shape the project.
As a contribution to environmental protection, the cooperative aims to minimize travel for our event guests by offering seminars, workshops, and outpatient therapies in a state capital in each federal state. Starting in Hanover, a hotel will be booked as needed as a pilot project. After a pilot phase, the fully developed service concept will be rolled out initially in Germany and later internationally.
The Hanover location will be relocated there after the Grünenplan property is operational, as it is only approximately 70 km away.
Branch offices are rented or acquired centrally. The existing building structure is used.
This ensures that the attractiveness of the buildings created in Grünenplan is preserved in its unique landscape.
For all branch offices, an independent GmbH is operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the cooperative.
Franchising is being considered.
The idea for a multidimensional center for holistic health matured over many years in the minds and hearts of the initiators Snjezana Schwarz, Dr. Med. Hans C. Berger and Oliver Brünner.
In response to the current issues facing private society and the economy, a concept has been developed that fully enables the preservation of a community's local infrastructure, with the most modern possibilities in architecture, medicine and community living.
